The Gallery: Light

>> Wednesday, 7 March 2012

Want to improve your photography?
Want to get photos that make you boastful and send to all the grandparents?
The single most dramatic thing you can do to improve your photograph is to make light your number one priority.
And by light I mean natural light.
Befriend it, stalk it, get to know it, love it, get to know it's many different shades and then bore all your friends by saying things like 'the light is amazing today' or 'the light is just too flat today'.

This is my way of saying spring is SO on the way here in the UK and it's time to get outside again and get snapping!

This post is for for week 94 of The Gallery: Light.
If you're new and want to know what The Gallery is, go and read here, and then come right back and join in!
You can also pick up The Gallery code if you want too.
And you could also subscribe to make sure you never miss a theme every Friday.
Now go forth and show some big blog love. Visit other posters, comment, get inspired. This virtual gallery of photographs is about enjoying each other's work, so go make someone's day.
The link stays open until Tuesday so you have plenty of time to join in.
And absolutely ANYONE can join in.
